Getting started
How do I get a quote?
Book a free consultation online, call +1 (416) 722-8509 or message us on WhatsApp. We'll discuss your project, visit the site if needed and prepare a detailed proposal.
Do I need drawings before contacting you?
No. If you have drawings, we can price from them. If not, our design-build and pre-construction services can help you get there.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation to discuss your project and goals is free and without obligation.

What types of construction projects does Presto Constructions take on?
We deliver residential, commercial, industrial and civil projects, from custom homes and additions to tenant fit-outs, warehouses, building revitalizations and site works across Toronto and the GTA.
Do you handle building permits?
Yes. Our permit services cover drawings coordination, applications, examiner comments and inspections.
Do you offer design-build?
Yes. Design-build gives you design, permits and construction under one contract with one point of contact.
What is the difference between general contracting and construction management?
General contracting provides a fixed price for a completed design. Construction management brings us in early as your advisor, with trade tendering and open-book cost reporting.
Budget & schedule
How do you keep projects on budget?
Detailed estimates, clear allowances, regular cost reporting and written approval for every change before it's built.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope, permits and lead times. After reviewing your project, we'll give you a realistic schedule and keep you updated against it.
What happens if something unexpected comes up?
We document it, explain the options and cost impact, and proceed only once you approve.

Which areas do you serve?
We're based in North York and work throughout Toronto and the GTA, including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Etobicoke and Scarborough, as well as across Ontario.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. We phase work, schedule disruptive tasks after hours and keep work areas clean and safe so homes and businesses can stay operational.
How will I know how my project is going?
You'll have a dedicated project lead and receive regular updates with progress photos, schedule status and upcoming decisions.
